Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Wander & Wonder Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain transparent and fair for all travellers.

Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• All bookings remain subject to hotel, transport and service availability.

Cancellation Charges

• More than 30 days before departure: 20% cancellation charge
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge
• Less than 7 days before departure / No-show: No refund

Important Notes

• Flight or train cancellation charges apply as per airline/railway rules.
• Peak season, festivals and holidays may have different cancellation policies.
• Approved refunds generally take 7–14 working days to process.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are processed according to the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds apply only for eligible cancellations covered under our cancellation policy.
• Unused services during the trip remain non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing time generally takes 7–14 business days depending upon banks/payment gateways.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Last minute cancellations
• No-shows
• Personal emergencies during travel
• Weather issues, natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions
• Transport delays beyond our control

Tour Changes

In rare situations itineraries, hotels or transportation may change due to operational reasons. Equivalent alternatives will be arranged whenever possible.

Terms & Conditions

By booking any tour package or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Terms

• Travellers must provide accurate personal information during booking.
• Full payment must be completed before tour commencement unless otherwise agreed.

Travel Documents

• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and required documents.
• Loss of travel documents remains the traveller’s responsibility.

Traveller Responsibilities

• Proper behaviour is expected throughout the journey.
• Damage caused to hotels, vehicles or properties may incur additional charges.

Liability

Wander & Wonder Travels acts only as a travel organiser and shall not be held responsible for delays, weather conditions, accidents, roadblocks, natural disasters or third-party failures.

Tour schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Health & Safety

• Travellers should ensure they are medically fit before joining the tour.
• Adventure activities are undertaken entirely at personal risk.

Pricing

Tour prices may change due to fuel costs, supplier revisions, taxes or government regulations before final confirmation.
