  • • Services of an experienced tour guide/driver will be available during the journey for assistance and smooth travel experience.
  • • All applicable permits, toll taxes, parking charges, and driver allowances are included in the package cost.
  • • Driver fooding, lodging, and related travel expenses during the tour are fully covered by the package.
  • • Children below 5 years sharing the same bed with parents will be accommodated on a complimentary basis, subject to the hotel’s policy and rules.

Exclusions

  • • Any services, activities, or charges not expressly mentioned under the “Inclusions” section will be considered excluded from the tour package.
  • • Airfare or Train Fare
  • • Entry fees for sightseeing spots, camera charges, and costs for optional activities or services such as rafting, trekking, guide charges, etc. are not included in the package cost.
  • • Personal expenses of any nature such as phone calls, packaged drinking water, room service, mini-bar usage, beverages, snacks, laundry, shopping, and entertainment activities are not included in the package cost.
  • • Tips, porter charges at hotels/airports/railway station, local transportation for personal use, extra sightseeing or monument entry fees beyond the itinerary, and all incidental expenses must be borne by the guest.
  • • Any additional costs arising due to trip extensions, travel date modifications, route changes, missed transport, or rescheduling charges imposed by airlines, railways, or transport operators will be payable directly by the traveler.
